Universal Event Rental General Imformation
Reservations: All reservations with A Universal Event Rental require a Non-Refundable deposit in advance of the event to Secure a Reservation. In the Event of Cancellation, Deposit will be applicable for future bookings, but it will not be refunded. We will call you should your reservation appear to run the risk of interference as a result of poor weather. At that time, you will have the option to reschedule your reservation.
A pre-negotiated deposit is required to hold rental items and event date. Deposit will be applied to final bill and balance will be due upon delivery. The date and rental items are not reserved until deposit and signed rental agreement are submitted to and received by Universal Event Rental LLC. 50% of the deposit paid is non refundable.
Renter shall return items or have them ready for pick up on date and by time specified on invoice. Additional daily rental fees will apply for late returns.
Cancellation of any item within 24 hours of scheduled delivery or pick up will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation of entire order must be done 24 days prior to event date or entire deposit will be forfeited.
Invoice is to be paid in full prior to or at time of customer pick-up or Universal Event Rentals Llc delivery.
The renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair. This cost will be assessed within 5 days of return and presented in a separate invoice payable within 15 days. The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental.
There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects.
Renter takes full responsibility for proper set up of tables to ensure proper leg locking for full stability.
The renter agrees that universal event rentals LLC holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party. The renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury and if any accident involving Universal Event Rentals LLC ’s rental items has occurred while it is in renter’s possession, renter shall make Universal Event Rentals Llc aware by written statement of details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses.
Delivery: Call us for prices outside our delivery area. Each unit will be delivered anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before your party. You will not be billed for this time. You pay for your reserved JUMP time only.
Set-Up: It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to set up the unit, inspect for safety, check operation, and go over the contract guidelines. Most moonwalks require a minimum space of 15x15 square feet and a height of 17 feet. Some of the slides require more space and will be discussed at the time of reservation. A household electrical outlet must be available within 75 feet of where unit will be placed. If no electricity is available a generator can be used with an additional rental fee.
Payment: All payments are due at time of set-up. Payments must
be made in cash or money order. For you convenience we also accept all major credit cards during office hours.
Operating Procedure: Please refer to all instructions and guidelines listed on your rental contract. It is important that all users follow the rules listed on contract.
Loss of Power: The unit will slowly start to deflate when there is a loss of electrical power. It is important to stay calm should this happen. The adult supervisor should help all users safely exit the unit. Once everyone has exited the unit check if the on/off switch has been turned off or if the blower has become unplugged. If so, plug the blower back in, turn it to the on position, and the unit will re-inflate. If you continue to have problems contact us for assistance.
Weather: Should rain or heavy winds arrive, you want to evacuate the unit as quickly and safely as possible. Please dry inside of unit with towels prior to resuming use.
Damage: If the unit becomes damaged while in operation, assist all users from the unit and deflate it.
Contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the unit.
Pick-Up: Rental Bounce Houses units will be picked up at end of your reserved time. Let us know if an exact pick-up time is needed. Please remember that it will take approximately 30 minutes for take down and removal of unit.

All of these Machines are very simple and easy to use and the guest would love them. With your machine rental you will get supplies to serve 50 guest.These are all table mounted machines (table could be rented separate).We also have the carts that could be rented If for any reasons you feel that you need some one to attend machines we provide this service.
